Twerking is lots of fun and it's also a great total body workout- it tones the legs, strengthens the core and increases back and hip flexibility. In this 90-minute Twerkshop, we will engage anywhere from booty shaking, body rolls, pelvic floor work, booty and cheek isolation as well as hair whips and dropping it low. Come have fun, work up a good sweat, dance to the hottest twerk music and be surrounded by high energy! Bring Your Twerk Buddies!!!
